Ancient wisdom “remastered”
Stucies of ancient pastoral cultures reveal these ‘original Master Herders’ use 5 roles: the Dominant, the Leader, the Sentinel, the Nurturer/Companion, and the Predator to move their herds across climate zones and different landscapes without the help of fences and restraints.
This innovative model—based on an ancient source of wisdom—offers a much-needed perspective on how free, empowered people can navigate continuously changing social and economic climates.
Nonverbal leadership skills
In modern leadership, we need the same roles to motivate people and meet our goals. Being able to balance the roles is key! You will discover your own roles of preference and the roles you find harder to play.
The experiential exercises with horses help you gain new insights about crucial nonverbal leadership skills and break through limiting patterns. The insights are directly applicable to achieve your goals in an effective as well as constructive way.
Join this unique opportunity to get training with Linda directly in Europe! Previous horse experience is not required to participate in this program. This training will go ahead with a minimum of 5 participants, and is limited to a maximum of 12 participants.
